About Big Bash League Manager
The Big Bash League side of T20 Franchise Manager. Take charge of one of the eight Big Bash clubs, draft a squad from 526 real BBL cricketers across 15 seasons (2012 to 2026), and captain it through a season of Australian T20 cricket.
The Big Bash plays to its own rules, and they change how a captain thinks. This game plays them as they are, so a plan that wins an IPL match will not always win a Big Bash one.

THE REAL CRICKET BEHIND IT
The Big Bash began as a city-based franchise league in the 2011-12 Australian summer. Its clubs are city-based, from the Perth Scorchers and Sydney Sixers to the Hobart Hurricanes, and its grounds range from the huge MCG to compact, fast-scoring venues.
Two rules set it apart. The Power Surge lets the batting side take two overs of fielding restrictions at a time of its choosing in the second half of the innings, and a bonus point goes to whichever team is ahead at the ten-over mark, so the first half of an innings counts twice. Squads are built through an overseas player draft with a cap on overseas players in the XI.

HOW TO PLAY
- Choose a club, an opponent and a ground.
- Build the XI within the overseas limit, balancing Australian domestic players with your overseas picks.
- Decide when your batters will call the Power Surge, then play the match and make the bowling changes.
- In a season, manage the squad across matches and push for a finals place.
CAPTAINCY POINTERS
- Plan the Power Surge around your hitters. Two overs with only two fielders out is worth far more with a set, attacking pair at the crease than straight after a wicket.
- Do not give away the ten-over bonus point. A steady start is fine, but falling well behind at halfway costs something even if you win the match.
- Bounce matters on Australian pitches. Tall fast bowlers and batters who play the short ball well are worth more here than on slower grounds.
- Use your overseas slots for match-winners, not depth. The local players in a Big Bash squad can fill the rest.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- How does the Power Surge work?
- The batting side chooses two overs, anywhere from the 11th over on, during which only two fielders may stand outside the inner circle. When you take it is one of the biggest decisions of an innings.
- Is this a separate game from the IPL manager?
- It is the same game with the league switched to the Big Bash, using BBL clubs, players and rules.
- Is it free, and do I need an account?
- Everything is free and runs in the browser with nothing to install. You can play signed out, with progress saved on your device; signing in with Google syncs careers across devices and puts your results on the leaderboards.
- Does it work on a phone?
- Yes. The games are built to work on phones as well as desktops, and careers save as you play.
