Playing without an account

You can play every Cricket Lab game fully without signing in. In that mode your stats are stored only in your own browser (local storage) and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

If you sign in with Google

Signing in creates one account across all Cricket Lab games, so your stats follow you between devices and games and can appear on the public leaderboards. We use Google sign-in only to authenticate you; we do not post anything to your Google account.

What we store, and why

• A public handle you choose. Shown on the leaderboard. This is the only identity shown publicly.
• Your game statistics. Per-campaign results, per game, used for your career stats, achievements, and ranking.
• An account identifier and your email. Held by our authentication provider to operate sign-in. Your email is never shown publicly. Your Google display name is never stored or shown.

Lawful basis: performing the service you requested (an account and leaderboard) and our legitimate interest in running the game. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is hosted on Supabase in India (Mumbai, ap-south-1). We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate usage — which pages are visited and which game they belong to. We do not use it to identify you.

Cookies

We use a single strictly-necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can view the data held on you and permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account page. Deletion removes your handle, all recorded campaigns, your stats, and your authentication record. It cannot be undone.

Retention

We keep your account data until you delete your account. Anonymous local stats live only in your browser until you clear them.
