Starting as India (or any nation) no longer gives a different first opponent each time. The 2026-28 series are the same for every new career. Later cycles are still drawn fresh. Careers already in progress keep the schedule they have.
NEW
Announced series are real: India v West Indies, New Zealand v India and India v Sri Lanka, plus Pakistan v Sri Lanka, Afghanistan v Zimbabwe, Australia v England and South Africa v Bangladesh, on their real dates. Every other series is generated. Each series is played as three matches.
