Cricket Manager: Your Bowlers, Every Session
More control from the dressing room: pick your bowlers over by over, stop at every session of a Test, and choose from India's whole domestic game.
Detailed Patch Notes
10 itemsCricket Manager, managing from the dressing room: pick your bowler for every over of a T20I, as in IPL versus, with each bowler's figures and overs left. In ODIs you pick who bowls at each stop, and in Tests the pair, one from each end. Switch it off with Pick my bowlers.
Cricket Manager Tests: the match now stops at lunch, tea and stumps so you can set the batting tone or the field and bowlers for the next session, when wickets tumble while you bowl, and at every big partnership, not only the first. Switch the session stops off if you want fewer.
Cricket Manager, playing every ball on a phone: the over break shows the bowler list itself, so you can pick the next bowler without opening the captain's sheet.
Cricket Manager: 85 uncapped Indians from the 2026 IPL squads join the selection pool, including Auqib Nabi, so the Pathway Only challenge has a real pool to build from. Their ratings come from their IPL form, a step below international level.
Cricket Manager: Bhuvneshwar Kumar is back in contention for India's ODI and T20I squads, and MS Dhoni is listed as retired from international cricket.
On phones, the live match controls no longer hide off the edge behind the Captain button: they sit in two rows under the score. This applies to every live T20, ODI and Test screen.
The toss coin says ICC, not IPL, in Cricket Manager and the T20 World Cup.
Bowling changes now go by bowling, not overall rating, in every T20 mode (Cricket Manager, IPL Dynasty and the T20 World Cup, played or simulated): a 90-rated batter no longer gets the ball ahead of an 85-rated bowler unless he really bowls better. Suryakumar Yadav, Shubman Gill, Joe Root and Harry Brook stop picking up overs 14 and 15, and genuine part-timers like Aiden Markram still bowl. ODIs and Tests already chose on bowling; their bowler lists, like the T20 one, now show each bowler's bowling rating instead of his overall.
Cricket Manager contract: sign with anything you like, your name, initials or a scrawl. It no longer has to match your manager's name exactly, a rule the screen never mentioned.
Cricket Manager on iPhone: tapping a text box no longer zooms the page in and cuts off its right edge, and the contract's labels are readable in the dark theme.
