FIXED

Cricket Manager: an injured player no longer drops off the squad screen. He stays in his squad, marked with when he is back.

NEW

Cricket Manager: a 'Left your squad' list on the squad screen shows who retired from the format, and when, so you no longer have to find out from the inbox.

NEW

Cricket Manager: the player dossier has a Development panel: batting, bowling and leadership in Tests, ODIs and T20Is, how each has moved since he joined your pool, and a rating-by-season line. It is recorded every 1 October.
