Cricket Manager: pick a player in the squad screen and set his training. Batting and bowling improve him in the formats he plays (a batter gains most from batting, a bowler from bowling), fielding adds a little everywhere, and fitness means fewer injuries and a slower decline with age. A few programmes can run at once, they are paid for from your staff budget, and the matching coach decides how well each one works.
