HOW THE MATCH UNFOLDED

West Indies won the toss and chose to field.

India batted first and made 201 all out. VVS Laxman top-scored with 85 off 146 balls, and Suresh Raina made 53. Ravi Rampaul took 3 for 38 for West Indies.
